A Lladró glazed porcelain figurine of a girl with a puppy. The figure is depicted in a standing pose, wearing a wide-brimmed sun hat decorated with stylised applied flowers in blue and white. She is dressed in a long, flowing pale blue dress featuring a textured floral pattern around the hem and is cradling a small white puppy in her arms. The base of the piece features a printed blue mark with a bell-shaped logo above the name LLADRÓ in capital letters, followed by HAND MADE IN SPAIN and © DAISA 1989. The number 5645 is incised into the porcelain base, alongside smaller incised marks reading X 21, E-7, and a symbol resembling a capital D. The figurine is housed in its original grey cardboard manufacturer’s box, which carries a white adhesive label printed with a large B, Brillo, the model number N.º 5.645, and the Spanish title Muchacha pamela con perrito.
Condition report:
The porcelain figurine is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration (photo 1). The delicate applied floral elements on the sun hat are entirely intact (photo 3). The accompanying original cardboard box exhibits significant wear, including the presence of old adhesive tape, surface scuffing, and structural damage to the corners and edges (photo 6).
