A collection of framed wall art and decorative signage comprising a pair of satirical motivational posters, a metal parking sign, various cartoon illustrations, a wooden box-frame sign, an abstract canvas print, and an assortment of empty photograph frames. The pair of motivational posters feature The Simpsons character Homer Simpson and are titled EXPERTISE and INDUSTRIOUSNESS, with the latter bearing a printed signature reading MATT GROENING. Both are presented in dark-stained wooden frames with gilt inner fillets and cream mounts. The metal sign is printed with the blue text VESPA PARKING ONLY ALL OTHERS WILL BE CRUSHED and is set within a wooden frame and pink mount. The lot also includes two pine-framed cartoon pig illustrations with indistinct script to the lower right, a framed red dragon sketch, and a grey-painted wooden box-frame inscribed with the quote FAMILY is beautiful ours is my favourite. A large unframed canvas print depicts a monochrome abstract feather motif. The assorted photograph frames in black, grey, and yellow contain original retail inserts, including one marked Amko Frame. This lot comprises the wall art and frames only; the shelf and background items shown in the images are not included.

Condition report:

The cream mounts for the pair of Simpsons posters show significant age-toning and visible foxing spots around the edges (Photo 2). The Vespa sign plate displays surface oxidation and rust spots, particularly concentrated around the mounting holes (Photo 1). The two pine-framed pig illustrations show light undulation to the paper and minor surface scuffing to the wooden frames (Photo 1). All items in the collection exhibit varying levels of light surface dust and minor shelf wear consistent with handling.
