A collection of two world stamp albums and assorted loose philatelic material. The first album is titled THE QUICKCHANGE ILLUSTRATED Stamp Album WITH Loose Leaves in a blue binding, containing various British Commonwealth issues from Nyasaland, Hong Kong, Grenada, and Dominica, including 1937 Coronation omnibus sets and pictorial definitives. The second album, titled EVERYLAND STAMP ALBUM with a green pictorial cover depicting world flags, contains European issues including France, Italy, and Germany. The German section features numerous Weimar Republic era stamps with high-value inflation surcharges such as 250 Tausend, 100 Million, and 2 Milliard. The lot includes a quantity of loose stamps on paper and clipped covers from the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Poland. A large brown envelope bears a blue printed mark for Tourist Board Registered GUIDE and The Guild of Guide Lecturers, (Grandma Lees) 2 Bridge Street, London SW1A 2JR.


Condition report:

The albums exhibit significant wear with frayed edges, staining, and spine damage visible to both covers (photo 1). Interior pages show heavy toning, foxing, and ghosting throughout (photos 4-13). Many pages have empty spaces with visible hinge residue where stamps have been previously removed (photos 9, 11). Several stamps are loose or appear stuck together within the pages (photo 11). The loose stamps and clipped covers show typical wear consistent with postal use (photo 2).
