A collection of faceted lead crystal and mixed metal animal and floral figurines. The group comprises various clear faceted lead crystal animal subjects including a leaping dolphin, a seated cat, several mice with black bead eyes, a dachshund style dog, a snail, and small birds. Nature themed objects include a long-stemmed rose with a faceted head, a butterfly figure situated on a frosted flower base, and two decorative branch arrangements with suspended crystal drops.
The assembly further includes a gold-tone metal swan with inset crystal stones to the wings and a polished white metal hummingbird figure mounted on a circular stand. A small maroon cardboard box containing several circular glass display mirrors is also included. A small circular gold foil label is present on the base of one floral arrangement, however, the text and logo are not legible. No other maker’s marks or signatures are discernible. This lot comprises the figurines and mirrors only; the wooden shelf shown in the images is not included.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in good overall condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the delicate crystal limbs, tails, or stems (photo 1). Surface dust and light debris are visible across the bases of multiple items (photos 2, 3, and 4). The maroon cardboard box for the mirrors shows light wear to the edges and corners (photo 5).
