This lot comprises one colonial style wooden dollhouse, featuring two storeys and an additional attic level. The exterior is finished with white horizontal cladding and a dark green shingled roof with two brick-effect chimneys. The front facade includes a central door with a decorative gabled portico, multiple windows with dark green shutters, and window boxes containing artificial flowers. A large side porch is detailed with a balustrade and a suspended wooden swing on brass-tone chains. The interior is fully decorated with various floral wallpapers and wood-effect flooring, including architectural elements such as two ornate fireplaces and internal panelled doors. The house is fitted with electrical wiring and miniature light fixtures including chandeliers and wall sconces. A small white rectangular plaque is fixed to the front door, though the characters are not legible as a name.
Condition report:
The dollhouse is in good overall condition. Notable defects include loose electrical wiring requiring securing within the interior, visible in photos 2 and 6. There is minor wear and slight lifting to the wallpaper at some seams and corners as seen in photos 3 and 5. One wall-mounted light fixture in the lower-right room appears to be missing its shade in photo 4. The surfaces show a light accumulation of dust from display.
