This lot comprises one steel and wire mesh wood-burning fire pit. The unit is constructed from heavyweight metal featuring a deep rectangular trough base and a tapered lid. The lid is designed with four wire mesh panels secured within a structured metal frame, intended to contain sparks and embers while allowing for heat dissipation during use. The exterior is finished in black, which shows signs of previous use and outdoor storage. No manufacturer’s or retailer’s marks are visible on the item.
Condition report:
Significant surface oxidation and rust are visible along the frame of the lid and the upper edges of the base (photo 2). The lid is currently misaligned and does not sit flush against the trough, with a piece of plastic bubble wrap caught in the opening (photo 1). The wire mesh panels show general signs of weathering consistent with outdoor exposure but remain structurally sound (photo 1).
