A group of decorative garden and household items, including a cast stone-composite figure of a goose, a large terracotta bowl, a decorated pottery mug, and various succulents in plastic nursery pots. The cast figure is fashioned as a standing bird with a white-painted finish exhibiting surface weathering and pitting. The earthenware bowl features a coarse, unglazed exterior with organic staining and moss growth. The pottery mug is decorated in a mid-century style with black bands and a grid motif featuring polychrome dots in orange and white over a brown ground, with a white-glazed interior showing soil accumulation. The succulents, including varieties resembling Sempervivum and Echeveria, are housed in standard orange and black plastic pots. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible on the bodies of any items. This lot comprises the decorative items only; the wooden shelving unit shown in the images is not included.
Condition report:
All items exhibit signs of age and significant exposure consistent with outdoor or greenhouse use. The cast figure and terracotta bowl show weathering, organic staining, and minor surface abrasions. The pottery mug displays surface staining and soil deposits to the interior and exterior. The succulents vary in condition, and the plastic nursery pots show minor wear and superficial cracking.
