This lot comprises two vintage projectors including a Halina Halinamat 300 slide projector and an Artograph Tracer opaque projector. The Halina unit is constructed with a metal chassis featuring a tan-grey crackle-finish removable cover and a gold-tone honeycomb patterned faceplate. It is fitted with an Anastigmat Halina Haking’s Proj. 1:2.8 / 100 mm coated lens. The Artograph Tracer is an opaque art projector designed for enlarging sketches, housed in a grey and black plastic casing with a standard UK three-pin plug. A gold label on the Halina front panel reads Halinamat 300 and MADE IN HONG KONG, while the lens ring is inscribed with the manufacturer and lens specifications. The Artograph unit displays a side logo for TRACER PROJECTOR and embossed artograph text. Accompanying documentation includes an unrelated Braun Novamat 515 AF-M instruction booklet, alongside a polystyrene packaging insert for the Halina and the original retail box for the Artograph.
Condition report:
The Halina projector shows cosmetic wear including surface dust and minor scuffs to the paintwork (photo 2). The power cord is severed at the terminal end, showing bare wires, and the unit is sold as untested requiring professional attention (photo 2). The Artograph projector appears in good cosmetic condition with minor surface marks (photo 7). The original Artograph retail box is in poor condition with significant tearing, shelf wear, and old adhesive tape (photo 6).
