A collection of six WWI centenary commemorative medals issued by Windsor Mint in 2015. Struck in silver-plated copper with a proof finish, each medal features partial gold-coloured details. The obverse designs carry inscriptions for significant events and figures of the Great War, including LORD KITCHENER 1914 YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU, THE BATTLE OF MONS THE FIRST SHOT, THE BATTLE OF JUTLAND 31 May – 1 June 1916, THE BATTLE OF HELIGOLAND THE FIRST NAVAL BATTLE, CHRISTMAS 1914 TRUCE IN THE TRENCHES, and OVER THE TOP. A further design bears the legend THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918 NEVER FORGET. The reverse of the medals is struck with the inscription First World War Centenary 1914 – 1918.
The collection is accompanied by a Certificate of Ownership numbered AC 000043, bearing a printed signature and the Windsor Mint seal. A technical information card is present, describing the material as Cu silverplated with colorized details, struck to a proof quality in a limited edition of 5555 complete collections. The medals are presented in individual plastic capsules and housed in a mahogany-coloured wooden case with a blue velvet-lined interior and an accompanying Certificate of Authenticity for the complete set.

Condition report:
The medals are in uncirculated proof condition, retaining their original luster with no visible signs of wear, toning, or handling (photos 2 and 3). All protective capsules remain intact. The mahogany-coloured wooden case is in excellent structural condition with no notable scuffs or scratches. The paper documentation, including the certificates and technical card, is well-preserved with no creases or tears (photos 4 and 5).
