A ladies’ Seiko quartz dress watch featuring an integrated gold-tone multi-link bracelet. The watch is constructed with a base metal case and a stainless steel back, featuring a sunburst gold-tone dial. The dial is decorated with applied baton hour markers, a Roman numeral ‘XII’ at the twelve o’clock position, and three hands. The dial is marked with a printed black logo reading SEIKO QUARTZ and bears the text MOV’T JAPAN V401-2941 R 2 at the bottom edge. The case back is struck with several marks including a central SEIKO logo, BASE METAL, ST. STEEL BACK, V401-5101 [R0], 600208, and 8T. The bracelet is finished with a fold-over clasp, which bears a small G2 mark to the inner link. The item is accompanied by a black and gold-tone Seiko presentation box, with the interior and exterior lid featuring the SEIKO logo printed in gold lettering.
Condition report:
The watch appears in good cosmetic condition with light surface wear and minor scuffing to the gold-tone finish on the case sides and clasp (photo 2 and 4). The crystal appears clear with no visible scratches (photo 2). The watch is currently not running and may require a new battery. The presentation box shows minor signs of shelf wear and rubbing to the gold edges (photo 1 and 5).
