A collection of cat figurines comprising an assortment of decorative pieces in various media, sizes, and artistic styles. The group includes several realistic resin or bisque kittens in sitting and standing poses with hand-painted details, and a stylized Siamese-style figure in a standing position. Also present is a ceramic seated cat featuring white glaze decorated with blue and orange foliate patterns, a folk art style seated cat in yellow and blue, and a mottled grey and white walking cat. A distinctive mid-century style stoneware figure is included, featuring a tall, textured grey body with hollowed circular eyes. One whimsical figure features a purple body with a synthetic pink fur mane and beaded whiskers. The collection also contains smaller sleeping figures in grey and cream tones. No manufacturer marks or signatures are legible on the exterior surfaces shown.
Condition report:
The collection shows general shelf wear and minor surface marks consistent with age. A visible horizontal fracture line or repair is present on the front right leg of the Siamese-style standing cat. Minor crazing is visible to the glaze of the white seated cat with blue and orange patterns. All other pieces appear to be in good overall condition with no further visible chips or losses.
