Sold for: £40
A collection of decorative glass and lead crystal items, including a variety of vessels and serving pieces. The group features a large boat-shaped bowl in dark cobalt blue glass, a heavy-based circular bowl in vibrant blue glass, and a tall, slender orange glass vase of tapering form. The lead crystal components include a basket with a fixed handle, a footed bowl, two condiment jars with lids and spoons, and two small circular dishes. Included in the lot is a blue retail box with gold-tone lettering which reads BOHEMIA, 24% PbO, LEAD CRYSTAL, 6 pcs TUMBLER 240ml, containing three cut crystal tumblers within a white cardboard insert. Two condiment jars each bear a small gold-coloured adhesive label to the base; the characters on these labels are not clearly legible. The cut crystal pieces feature traditional diamond and wedge-cut patterns. A small white rectangular label is visible on the interior of the cobalt blue bowl.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in good overall condition. No chips, cracks, or significant abrasions are visible upon inspection. The crystal tumblers remain in their original retail packaging, which shows minor shelf wear. The plastic or glass spoons within the condiment jars appear intact.
