The base of the bowl bears a printed circular mark with a crown and swallow device, reading W & R STOKE ON TRENT CARLTON WARE MADE IN ENGLAND, alongside a hand-painted pattern number 2827. Also included is a circular earthenware cabinet plate featuring a transfer-printed and hand-painted stylized foliage pattern in green and blue with yellow berries and a bird. The reverse of the plate bears a green printed mark with a lion over a crown reading ROYAL DOULTON MADE IN ENGLAND, with a pattern number D4545 and the number 22. The assortment is completed by two large commemorative mugs titled HAUCER’S CAN… and KINGS OF ENGLISH MONARCHY, a small black matte-glazed teapot with a woven overhead handle, a floral fine china cup and saucer, a Staffordshire style flatback figure of a woman in a red cloak, a small blue bud vase, and a green glazed rustic vessel.
