This lot comprises four mid-century modern side dining chairs constructed from teak with a warm reddish-brown grain. The chairs feature a ladder-back design with three curved horizontal slats and front legs that terminate in rounded ball finials at the top of the frame. The seats are upholstered in a light cream textured fabric featuring a small diamond-weave pattern. The underside of one seat bears a printed gold-coloured mark consisting of a large square logo containing the stylized letters E and G side-by-side, with the capital letters G-PLAN to the right. A handwritten character in white appears next to the mark, appearing as the letter B. This identification corresponds to the Fresco range designed by Victor Wilkins.

Condition report:

The teak frames show minor surface wear, light scuffing, and small indentations consistent with age and domestic use (photo 1). The light-coloured upholstery appears generally clean and free from significant staining or tears, although a loose staple or thread is visible on the underside of one seat adjacent to the manufacturer mark (photo 2). The joints and ladder-back slats appear structurally sound in the provided images.
