A set of two contemporary nesting tables comprising a larger circular coffee table and a smaller, taller circular side table designed to nest over the edge of the larger unit. The tables feature polished marble tops, displaying a variegated pattern in tones of brown, beige, and cream. Each table is supported by a circular open-frame base constructed from polished chrome-plated metal. The coffee table base is configured with three vertical supports connecting the top and bottom rings, while the side table features four vertical supports. The design is modern and minimalist with high-gloss surfaces. No maker marks, labels, or signatures are visible on the metal frames or the undersides of the tops.
Condition report:
The tables are in used condition. The marble surfaces show superficial scratches and light marks visible under reflected light (photos 1 and 4). The polished chrome frames exhibit surface dulling and light scratches consistent with wear (photo 2). The bottom ring of the larger table shows scuffing and finish wear where it contacts the floor (photo 3). There are no deep cracks or structural losses visible in the photographs.
