A country style solid pine shelving units with a light varnish finish that has been cut into two sections. The lot comprises one low open shelving unit, featuring two fixed shelf levels with decorative scalloped side supports and a shallow backboard with pre-drilled holes for wall mounting. The second item is a matching small, low freestanding storage unit with two shelf levels and side panels featuring shaped top and bottom edges. Both units are constructed with visible flat-head screw assembly. No manufacturer marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the timber surfaces of either piece. This lot comprises the two shelving units only.
Condition report:
Both units show general signs of domestic use including scattered surface scratches, minor indentations, and abrasions to the finish, particularly visible on the shelf surfaces and edges (photo 1 and photo 2). The wood finish shows some areas of uneven wear consistent with age. There are no structural splits or significant losses visible in the photographs.
