This four-wheel vehicle features a steel and plastic construction with pneumatic tyres, front and rear suspension, and a front-mounted black plastic basket. The seating consists of a black vinyl captains-style seat with adjustable armrests and a folding backrest. The delta-style handlebars incorporate a control panel equipped with a speed dial, battery gauge, and buttons for lights, indicators, and a horn. The rear assembly includes integrated lights, indicators, and anti-tip wheels. An external battery charger with a UK 3-pin plug and an XLR connector is included. A manufacturer’s label located under the seat identifies the vehicle as an “Envoy 8mph Scooter, Blue” with reference “WT-M4JH8”, serial number “VP384421”, and model “MS051PB”. Condition report:
The scooter is in good used condition with evidence of outdoor use. Minor scuffing and scratches are visible on the black plastic fairings and wheel arches (photos 1 and 2). The tyres show a moderate accumulation of dirt and grit in the treads (photo 1). The control panel overlay displays some light surface abrasions and dust (photo 6). The vinyl seat and armrests appear intact with no visible tears or significant wear (photos 7 and 10). The odometer reading was not visible during inspection; therefore, the mileage is unverified.
