This auction ended on October 14, 2026.

Start price: £5

Estimated price: £5 - £10

Buyer's Premium: 20%

A collection of eight die-cast metal promotional vehicles, primarily comprising commercial vans and trucks in various liveries. The group includes several vehicles manufactured by Lledo, featuring original cardboard and plastic packaging. Notable examples include a Newton and Ridley brewery van themed for Coronation St., a black taxi marketed with Mars confectionery, and an H. Samuel Britain’s Largest Jeweller van in blue and white. Also present are a British Legion Poppy Factory van, a Golden Wedding Anniversary 1947-1997 commemorative vehicle, and a van featuring Olive Oyl and Sweet Pea characters from the Popeye series. One vehicle, a blue and white tanker for Dairy Farm, is housed in an empty clear plastic protective case. Packaging includes a yellow adhesive label on one box reading MADE IN ENGLAND. Various boxes feature printed branding and series titles such as The Eastenders Collection and Newton and Ridley traditionally brewed. The vehicles are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components and detailed decals.

Condition report:

The vehicles appear to be in excellent condition with no visible chips or losses to the paintwork or decals (photo 1). The original packaging shows varying degrees of shelf wear, including minor scuffing to the corners of the Coronation St. box (photo 1) and visible creasing to the plastic windows of the H. Samuel and British Legion boxes (photo 1). The Mars branded packaging is empty of its original confectionary. The Dairy Farm tanker is stored in a generic plastic case rather than its original themed packaging (photo 1).
