A collection of marine safety equipment and technical sailing apparel including professional grade items. The lot features a black and neon yellow inflatable lifejacket and harness, marked with the printed brand name Spinlock on a yellow tab and RYA INSTRUCTOR on the chest. The harness is constructed with integrated webbing straps and a textured yellow back pad. Also included is a black technical sailing jacket with a mesh lining and cargo pockets, featuring the printed words MUSTO EVOLUTION in white and red on the chest. A dark charcoal grey hooded softshell jacket with red detailing on the zipper pulls is present, along with a pair of rubber and neoprene sailing boots marked WETLINE in yellow lettering, featuring a drawstring cuff and reinforced instep. A second pair of black neoprene boots by Typhoon is included within a teal and purple fabric duffel bag marked with a large white S. The hardware components comprise a galvanized steel Danforth style fluke anchor with a folding stock and a white three-strand twisted rope anchor line spliced to a length of galvanized steel chain.
Condition report:
The items are in a used, professional condition with visible signs of salt spray, dirt, and general wear throughout. The duffel bag shows significant wear including surface dirt and a tear to the fabric (photo 1). The sailing boots and neoprene boots exhibit mud and dirt accumulation (photos 1 and 7). The Musto and softshell jackets show general surface wear consistent with outdoor use (photos 5 and 6). The anchor and chain exhibit surface oxidization and typical corrosion for galvanized marine hardware (photo 2). The anchor line rope shows light brown discoloration and dirt (photo 3). The Spinlock lifejacket shows signs of use to the webbing and fabric covers (photo 4); it is recommended that the inflatable lifejacket be professionally serviced and the CO2 cylinder inspected or replaced before any operational use.
