A large rectangular wall mirror of modern construction, featuring an all-glass design with a bevelled frame. The central mirror plate is bordered by four mitred perimeter segments, each with bevelled edges to create a multi-faceted reflective surface. The entire assembly is mounted onto a composite wood (MDF) backing board. The reverse of the mirror bears a white adhesive manufacturer’s label which reads: ‘WARNING: GLASS – FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE… 578858 Hamilton All Glass Bevelled Mirror 60x80cm… Produced in the PRC for The Range PL6 7PT’. The backing includes four metal D-ring hanging brackets to allow for both portrait and landscape orientation, and currently features a blue braided hanging wire. Two smaller white adhesive labels are also present on the backing, one of which repeats the item number 578858.
Overall: 60 cm x 80 cm.
Condition report:
The mirror glass is in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or significant silvering loss to the plate or bevelled edges. The surface shows some light smudging and dust consistent with storage (photo 1). The backing board shows remnants of white protective foam or adhesive around the metal hanging brackets (photo 2). The manufacturer\'s label remains clear and legible (photo 3).
