Condition report:
The artwork by Douglas E. West appears to be in good condition with no visible signs of foxing or fading; the frame shows minor surface wear. The limited edition print by John Lawer is in good condition, however, the decorative frame exhibits significant damage, including two notable chips and losses to the wood and gilding on the left edge. Both pieces would benefit from a light cleaning of the glass.
