An antique 9ct yellow gold single Albert or fob chain featuring long rectangular trombone style links alternating with pairs of circular jump links. The chain is fitted with a T-bar at one end and a short additional drop chain, terminating at the other end with a swivel dog clip clasp. A stamped mark of 9 is visible on the swivel clasp, consistent with the handwritten tag stating 9ct gold. The metal exhibits a warm, slightly rosy tone characteristic of gold from the late 19th or early 20th century.
