An assortment of die-cast metal and plastic model vehicles of various scales. The collection features a Maisto 1:18 scale 1999 Jaguar S-Type in metallic blue-grey, mounted on a black display plinth. Included is a second large-scale custom hatchback in yellow with extensive sponsorship decals including Eibach Springs, Pirelli, and Hot Wheels branding, also on a display plinth. Boxed and packaged items comprise a Classix by Pocketbond Transport Treasures 1:76 scale Austin-style van in blue Sign Service livery, in its original window box, and a small-scale blue Tetley Tea van produced by Hachette Partworks Ltd in 2005, which remains in its original blister packaging. The loose collection features a blue Jaguar E-Type coupe with registration 265 WK, a red and white Volkswagen T1 Transporter bus with a sunroof, and a Citroen 2CV Fourgonnette in grey Michelin livery on a labelled display stand. Additional loose models include several Morris Minor variants: a red Cumbria Classic van, an off-white Norfolk Accident Rescue Service ambulance van, and a white Traveller estate with wood-effect trim, as well as a small white convertible sports car.
Condition report:
The collection ranges in condition from mint-in-package to good used condition. The two large-scale display models exhibit a heavy accumulation of surface dust from long-term display but appear structurally sound. Boxed and blister-packed items appear to be in excellent condition, though the outer packaging shows some light storage wear and minor crushing to the Classix box. The loose models show varying degrees of light surface wear, minor paint chips, and dust consistent with previous display and age.
