Buyer's Premium:

This lot comprises one break-barrel spring-piston air rifle of unidentified manufacture and unspecified calibre. The firearm features a dark-stained wooden stock of traditional profile, notable for having three horizontal finger grooves carved into each side of the forend to aid grip. The metal components, including the barrel and compression tube, are finished with a widespread brown rust patina. The rifle is fitted with basic open iron sights consisting of a fixed front post and a simple adjustable rear leaf sight mounted on the barrel. No manufacturer markings, model names, serial numbers, or calibre designations are clearly visible on the exterior surfaces. The wooden stock shows numerous dings, scratches, and signs of significant age and use, while the metalwork exhibits heavy surface oxidation throughout. The trigger guard is of simple stamped metal construction. We have not function-tested this firearm.

Condition report:

The overall condition is poor to fair. The metalwork is heavily oxidised with a thick brown rust patina covering the barrel, compression tube, and trigger guard. There is evidence of light pitting in several areas. The wooden stock is intact but shows significant wear with widespread scratches, indentations, and loss of finish, particularly around the butt and forend. The bore appears dark and likely contains debris or light corrosion. The break-barrel action and trigger appear to move, but the internal spring and piston seals have not been inspected for integrity or compression.
