A mid-century modern teak extendable dining table from the G-Plan Danish Design range, designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for E. Gomme Ltd. The rectangular top is constructed with teak veneers and features a contrasting darker wood edge banding. The table is supported by four rounded, tapered solid wood legs integrated into a subframe. It includes a single butterfly-style stow-away extension leaf that fits into a pull-out frame beneath the tabletop. The underside of the table is marked with a gold-coloured stamp featuring a script signature above the block letters PLAN DANISH DESIGN.
Condition report:
Good vintage condition. The tabletop finish shows minor surface scratches and faint signs of wear consistent with age and domestic use. Light scuffing and wear are visible to the edge banding. The extension mechanism is in working order.
