A set of photolithographic prints on paper after original artworks by Gary Hoffman, published by the Arthur A. Kaplan Co. Inc., New York, 1992. The collection features naturalist depictions of big cat families including a pride of lions, a tiger with a cub, a leopard family, and a cheetah with cubs. Each print is plate-signed Gary Hoffman within the image. The tiger print includes margin text reading © 1992 ARTHUR A. KAPLAN CO. INC N.Y.C. FL-7160, TIGER AND CUB, and LITHO IN U.S.A. Each work is presented in a matching ornate gilt-finished decorative frame with double mounts under glass.
Condition report:
The prints appear to be in good overall condition with no visible signs of foxing, toning, or fading. The frames show minor surface wear and occasional small scuffs to the gilt finish. The glazing is intact across the set.
