An assortment of collectible toys and games featuring die-cast model vehicles and boxed tabletop sets. The vehicle group is led by a Tandy Radio Controlled Racer Porsche, Cat. No. 60-3008, in its original packaging with a handheld remote control unit. A selection of Corgi Classics die-cast models is present, including a British Rail articulated truck and trailer set featuring a 1956-1996 40th-anniversary seal, and an Emergency Services Bedford CA Personnel Carrier in black AFS livery, model number 05601. Three additional boxed Corgi Classics fire service and commercial vehicles are included. Eddie Stobart Ltd. liveried models comprise a boxed AEC Ergomatic 6 Wheel Tipper and a Volvo FH Fridge Trailer named Emma Jade, fleet number H4663, which is mounted on a labelled black plastic display plinth. The games include a vintage set of dominoes in a wooden box with a decorative lithographed label depicting kittens, a wooden travel solitaire set with pegs, and a small boxed dexterity puzzle by Express titled It’s Points Ahead. Materials include die-cast metal, plastic, wood, and cardboard.
Condition report:
The items are generally housed in their original packaging. Boxes show varying degrees of shelf wear, including scuffing to the edges, corner bumping, and some creasing, with more significant wear noted on the Tandy RC Porsche box. The die-cast models appear to be in good, displayed condition. The Volvo FH Eddie Stobart truck is presented without an outer box. The mechanical and electronic functionality of the radio-controlled Porsche is untested.
