An early 20th-century wall mirror of oval form. The mirror is housed within a stepped and moulded wooden frame with a natural finish, possibly oak. The mirror plate features a bevelled edge. The construction includes a hanging wire attached to the top of the frame for wall mounting.
Condition report:
The mirror plate shows significant signs of age and deterioration, including widespread foxing and silvering loss across the surface. There is a prominent orange-brown oxidation stain visible along the right-hand edge of the glass. The wooden frame is in fair condition, exhibiting minor surface wear and abrasions consistent with age and use.
