This lot comprises a diverse collection of flatware and cutlery, featuring silver-plated, white metal, and modern plastic-handled pieces. The silver-plated items include a variety of table forks and spoons in traditional patterns such as Old English and Fiddle. One large spoon is accompanied by a white inventory label marked C516C. The group also contains several handled serving pieces and knives, including a server with a carved antler or horn handle and a smaller knife with a white handle of mother-of-pearl or ivorine appearance. Also included are sets of modern stainless steel cutlery with coloured plastic handles, some of which remain in their original retail plastic wrapping. A single commemorative or souvenir spoon is presented on its original display card, and a small rectangular box contains additional items of cutlery.
Condition report:
The items are in mixed condition. The silver-plated and white metal pieces exhibit significant surface tarnish and scratching consistent with age and use. The natural handle materials show signs of typical ageing. The modern plastic-handled sets appear to be in unused condition within their packaging. No monograms are visible on the pieces.
