A wall clock manufactured by Seiko, featuring a rectangular wooden case with a dark reddish-brown finish. The case is designed with a simple pediment top and a moulded base, enclosed by a full-length glass door. The round dial consists of a cream-coloured outer chapter ring with black Roman numeral hour markers and a dark brown central section. It is fitted with ornate gilt-coloured filigree hour and minute hands and a slim gilt-coloured sweep seconds hand. The dial is marked with the maker name SEIKO at the top and QUARTZ above the six o’clock position, accompanied by a stylised S logo and the word JAPAN at the bottom edge. A gilt-coloured pendulum is visible through the glass door below the dial. The clock is powered by a Japanese quartz movement.
Condition report:
The wooden case appears to be in good cosmetic condition with light surface wear and minor scuffs consistent with age and use. The glass is intact. The movement has not been tested for functionality, timekeeping accuracy, or chime operation.
