Thai currency includes 20 Baht notes depicting King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX). Pre-Euro Maltese currency is present with 5 Liri and 2 Liri notes. The lot is accompanied by a diverse group of world coinage, including UK decimal and pre-decimal pieces, Euro coins, and other international issues. Included is a vintage Lloyds Bank Limited paper coin bag marked 25p HALF PENNY.
Condition report:
The banknotes are in circulated condition, generally ranging from Fine to Very Fine. The notes exhibit multiple vertical and horizontal folds, along with surface creasing and some softening or rounding at the corners. The coins are in varied circulated condition with expected surface wear and oxidation. The Lloyds Bank paper bag shows significant creasing and wear consistent with age.
