A collection of fourteen miniature architectural models, primarily manufactured by Lilliput Lane. The assortment consists of hand-painted cottages and structures cast in British gypsum. Identified models include Holme Dyke, Runswick House, April Cottage, An Apple A Day, Strawberry Cottage, The Hermitage, Bridge House 1991, All’s Well That Ends Well, Lily of the Valley, Petticoat Cottage, Hollytree House, and Penny’s Post. One small unidentified coastal-style building with a grey-painted base and a handwritten mark is also included. Most items feature green felted bases with manufacturer labels providing model names, collection details, and copyright dates ranging from 1982 to 2011. Twelve figurines are housed in their original branded packaging.
Condition report:
The collection is in overall good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of restoration. Minor surface dust and light wear consistent with age may be present. The original cardboard boxes exhibit varying levels of shelf wear, rubbing, and creasing; notably, the label on the Holme Dyke box is torn.
