A 2024 gold proof coin issued by the Isle of Man to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the modern Angel series. The obverse features the King Charles III portrait. The reverse displays the Angel design with a circular 40 anniversary privy mark at the nine o’clock position. The coin features a reeded edge and is struck in 0.999 fine gold. It is housed in a magnetic acrylic holder and presented in a black London Mint Office box with gold-foil crest and text. Documentation includes a technical specifications card and a Certificate of Authenticity identifying the piece as a First Strike issue, numbered 26 of a total mintage limit of 19,999.
