An Alderney 2024 commemorative five pound coin issued for the 150th anniversary of Winston Churchill. Struck in 24 carat gold with a proof finish, the obverse features the portrait of King Charles III and the inscription CHARLES III DEI GRA REX ALDERNEY 2024. The reverse shows a portrait of Churchill in outdoor attire. This item is numbered 5145 from a total mintage of 4,999. The coin is held in a clear plastic capsule and is accompanied by a Harrington & Byrne certificate of authenticity, an illustrated presentation card titled WAR LEADER, and a black folder.
