This wooden folding step ladder features an A-frame design with a top platform and four treads. The structure is reinforced by a rear frame with diagonal cross-bracing and original iron hardware. A circular cast metal maker’s plate is attached to the side rail, embossed with the text THE CELEBRATED STEPS REGD NO 708614. The ladder is constructed from wood and retains multiple layers of historical paint splatters.
Condition report:
The ladder displays significant signs of age and functional wear. There are extensive white and black paint splatters across all surfaces. The wooden components exhibit weathering, scuffs, and minor losses to the edges, while the iron hardware shows heavy oxidation and surface rust.
