The kitchenette assembly comprises a stainless steel sink with an integrated draining board, and the lot includes a gas regulator and hose. The unit is in used condition throughout. The canvas appears intact but shows significant creasing and light surface staining consistent with age and storage. Interior wooden cabinetry and upholstery exhibit signs of wear and usage marks but remain functional. The stainless steel sink shows minor surface oxidation. The trailer chassis and body display typical surface wear and road grime, while the PVC transit cover shows light weathering. The unit was only partially unpacked for photography; a full setup was not performed.
