Specialist plumbing equipment includes a Record 218M manual pipe bender for 22mm outside diameter pipe and a vernier caliper in a wooden storage case. Condition report:

The items are in mixed condition. The Draper flaring kit, combination spanner set, and several padlocks appear new and remain in their original retail or blister packaging. Significant surface corrosion and pitting are visible on the 15-inch adjustable wrench, the red pipe wrench, and the Record pipe bender. The cardboard packaging for the Bestway hand pump and Halfords footpump is heavily worn, torn, and crushed. All electrical items, including the cordless drill, car polisher, and battery chargers, are used and remain untested for functional operation or safety. General dust and grime are present across the loose components from long-term storage.
