A mixed group of decorative glassware and collectibles. The collection features several pieces of orange iridescent carnival glass with ruffled rims and various pressed floral and geometric patterns, accompanied by a single green pressed glass bowl. Ceramic items include an assortment of novelty salt and pepper shakers, including figures in black bowler hats and others in stylized folk dress, alongside a larger piece marked Sugar and a pair of shakers marked P and S with floral transfers. The lot includes a cardboard presentation box containing a ceramic tea set, printed with text commemorating the marriage of the Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer on 29th July 1981. Toy items comprise a green plastic locomotive numbered 6, carriage components in orange and yellow, and small painted figurines in folk dress. Also included are two tall rectangular vases, one with a gilt rim and a label reading CS16C, and a stack of ceramic plates decorated with blue and white floral designs.
Condition report:
The collection is in generally fair to good condition. The royal commemorative box exhibits significant wear, including tearing, creasing, and surface losses. The toys show signs of play wear, including scuffs and paint loss. The glassware and ceramic items show light surface wear consistent with age. The plates remain in bubble wrap and have not been individually inspected.
