This diverse lot comprises a wide range of household items and collectibles. Ceramic highlights include several Bell’s Old Scotch Whisky bell-shaped decanters of varying sizes, a large blue and white floral patterned boot-shaped vase, a small Macallan branded jug, and a collection of miniature ceramic shoes and decorative hats on stands. Ephemera includes a His Master’s Voice (HMV) record presentation folder with the Nipper dog logo and gold-printed text stating These three His Master’s Voice Presentation Records will give you some idea of the vast storehouse of recorded music which you may enjoy at will – and choose for yourself. Also included is a copy of Up The Falklands! Cartoons from the Royal Marines, and children’s books such as The Manor House School by Angela Brazil. The lot also contains a set of specimen 10 pound and 20 pound banknotes and a package of play money coins. Household goods feature a white enamel bread bin with a lid, a red Dirt Devil handheld vacuum, a woven wicker basket, a black desk lamp, and a perforated metal wall clock bearing the Royal Life Holdings logo. A blue plastic storage container holds various items including London 2012 Olympic Games DVDs, The Sims 2 PC games, and assorted small toys. A large Laurel and Hardy themed presentation box is also present.
Condition report:
Items generally exhibit signs of age and use. Paper goods show creasing, edge wear, and some tearing to book covers. Ceramic items appear largely intact but have surface dust and minor scuffs. Boxes and packaging show wear, crushing, and shelf-rubbing. Handheld vacuum and desk lamp are untested and sold as seen.
