A full-size student classical acoustic guitar manufactured by Prince, model number C 425. The instrument features a laminated top with a light orange-tinted finish, decorated with a geometric rosette in red, yellow, and black around the soundhole. It is constructed with a dark stained hardwood fingerboard and bridge. The slotted headstock is fitted with three-on-a-plate tuning machines with white plastic buttons. An interior paper label is marked Prince MODEL NO. C 425 HANDCRAFTED WITH SELECTED MATERIAL. The guitar is accompanied by a brown vinyl soft case with a side handle and buckle fastening, bearing the white printed logo for Minns Music, a retailer historically based in the South of England.
Condition report:
The guitar is in fair to good used condition. The body shows visible surface scratches and minor indentations to the finish on the top. There are small chips and wear to the top edge of the headstock. Metal components on the tuning machines show light oxidisation and tarnish. The strings are aged and require replacement. The soft case shows general wear consistent with age and use.
