A solid pine dressing table set from the Victoria range by British manufacturer Ducal. The suite consists of a dressing table base, a detachable mirror assembly, and a matching upholstered stool. The base unit is fitted with two frieze drawers featuring turned wooden knobs, supported by turned legs and a shaped lower stretcher. The upper detachable component comprises an arched swing mirror flanked by two raised pedestals, each containing a small jewellery drawer. The accompanying stool is raised on matching turned legs and features a sage green tufted fabric seat. Documentation includes a metallic brand label inside the right hand drawer and on the reverse of the mirror reading Victoria, Made in England, Ducal Ltd. London. The reverse of the mirror also bears a yellow quality control sticker identifying the manufacturer as ducal the pine people and displaying the code L9140.
Condition report:
The set is in good used condition. The pine tabletop shows some visible light surface scratches and minor indentations consistent with normal domestic use. The mirror glass is clear and intact. The stool upholstery is generally clean, with minor signs of wear and slight pile distortion to the fabric.
