This lot comprises three pieces of solid hardwood furniture. The first is a nest of three rectangular tables constructed from a light-coloured hardwood, such as cherry or maple. The tops exhibit a distinct curly or fiddleback grain figure. Each table stands on square-section legs that taper towards the feet. The second item is a circular pedestal wine table finished in a warm amber tone. It features a solid top with a rounded bullnose edge, supported by three turned pillars that meet at a central base with three splayed legs. The final piece is a Windsor style spindle-back chair crafted from a light-coloured hardwood such as beech or ash. It features a hoop back with shaped spindles, a solid seat, and four splayed legs joined by an H-shaped stretcher.
Condition report:
The nest of tables and the pedestal wine table are in good used condition, showing light surface scratches and minor wear consistent with age. The chair shows significant wear to the finish, particularly along the top of the hoop back, with general scuffing and finish loss present on the frame.
