A collection of contemporary British commemorative items, primarily marking the centenary of the First World War. The lot includes two cased limited edition poppy lapel pins: a Flanders Fields Centenary Edition (1914-1918) in gold-toned metal and a Somme 100 Centenary Edition (1916-2016) by TMB Art Metal, which features a central red stone. Also included is a framed print by Jacqueline Hurley titled Remember and Reflect from the War Poppy Collection, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Posh Original Art Ltd. The collection further contains a copper-toned reproduction of a World War I Memorial Plaque inscribed HE DIED FOR FREEDOM AND HONOVR with an unengraved name slot. A Help for Heroes branded gift box contains breakfast teabags and choc chip biscuits. Condition report:

The collection is in overall excellent, near-mint condition. The lapel pins remain in their original velvet-lined presentation cases. The framed print is clean and well-preserved. The reproduction memorial plaque is held within its original plastic sleeve. Food items are included for their commemorative packaging value only and should be considered past their expiry date.
