A sapphire and diamond cluster ring featuring an 18 carat yellow gold band and a white metal setting. The central oval-cut dark blue sapphire is surrounded by a cluster of twelve round-cut clear gemstones, presumably diamonds, all secured by individual prongs. The band features tapering shoulders and is struck with a full set of British hallmarks including the maker mark B&S, the crown and 750 for 18 carat gold, the anchor for the Birmingham Assay Office, and the date letter b for 2001. The interior of the band is further inscribed with the number 52.

Condition report:
