A group of nineteen figurines depicting the seated Egyptian goddess Bastet. Each figurine is constructed from a matte black molded resin or composite material and is mounted on a rectangular plinth featuring relief-molded characters in a hieroglyphic style. The collection is presented in its original retail packaging, comprising a yellow-orange card backing and a clear plastic blister. The reverse of the packaging is printed with Issue no. 2, Bastet, and Made in China, alongside a CE mark and a warning stating the product is a collector’s item not suitable for children under five years.
Condition report:
The items remain in their original retail packaging. The card backings exhibit signs of shelf wear and age, including creasing to the corners and surfaces, along with minor surface dirt. The clear plastic blisters show light scuffing and yellowing consistent with age; at least one blister is partially detached from its card backing. The figurines themselves appear to be in good condition within the sealed or semi-sealed packaging.
