A trio of bird-themed works comprising two prints and one photograph. The first work, titled ‘Flying Puffins’, is a print of an original watercolour painting by Martin Robertson, depicting two puffins in flight against a pale blue wash; initialled MR in the upper left corner and inscribed in ink on the verso backing board ‘Flying Puffins’ Print of an original painting by Martin Robertson. The second work, titled ‘Puffin, Iceland’, is a colour photograph by Paul Thrush, showing a single puffin on a cliff edge beside pink sea thrift; inscribed on the verso ‘Puffin, Iceland’ Photo by Paul Thrush. Both puffin-themed works are presented in matching black wooden frames with white mounts. The third work is a print of an original painting depicting a brown owl perched in a snow-dusted tree against a purple sky, housed in a silver-toned frame with a white mount. All items are presented behind glass and are professionally finished on the reverse with brown tape, white hanging cords, and protective corner bumpers.
Condition report:
All three works appear to be in good overall condition. The media show no visible signs of foxing, fading, or moisture damage. The glass in all frames is intact and clean. The frames exhibit minor superficial shelf wear and light scuffing to the edges.
