A low level open bookcase or shelving unit in the Danish Modern style. The piece is of horizontal rectangular form, constructed from composite board finished in a teak effect wood veneer. The interior is partitioned into six open compartments of varying widths by five fixed vertical panels. Two small, rectangular white adhesive labels are present on the internal panels. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible.
Condition report:
The unit shows signs of moderate use consistent with age. There are visible surface scuffs and light scratches across the top and internal surfaces. Minor wear is evident along the edges of the veneer. Two adhesive labels remain on the interior. The piece appears structurally sound.
