A collection of commemorative medallions struck in 24-carat gold Leaf (999/1000 fineness) to a proof finish. The group includes issues commemorating the Silver Jubilee, the Platinum Jubilee, and the life of Queen Elizabeth II (In Memoriam), as well as medallions for Diana, Princess of Wales, designated Diana – A Princess and Diana – A Wife. The reverse of each medallion features the Royal Crest encircled by the inscription TO COMMEMORATE THE REIGN OF H.M. QUEEN ELIZABETH II and the EIIR monogram. These ultra-thin strikes are housed within clear acrylic display stands and protective capsules, accompanied by individual Certificates of Authenticity indicating a limited edition of 5,000 complete collections. The set is presented in a velvet-lined red presentation case.
Condition report:
The collection is in excellent, as-issued condition. Each medallion is well-preserved within its respective capsule and acrylic display stand. The accompanying Certificates of Authenticity and the red presentation case show minimal signs of handling and are intact.
