A collection of approximately fourteen Ty Beanie Baby and Beanie Buddy plush toys, accompanied by a collectors’ magazine. The group is constructed from synthetic plush fabric in various colours and textures, with internal polyester fibre stuffing and plastic pellets. The assortment includes a diverse range of animals such as an emerald green bear, a brown textured bear, a deep maroon bear, a penguin, a parrot, a fuzzy kiwi, a turkey, and a yellow duckling. Other figures include a cream-coloured bunny, a large tie-dyed rabbit, a bright blue rabbit, a yellow fish with black stripes, a tie-dyed butterfly, and a holiday-themed snowman with a red knit hat and scarf.
Several items retain their original red heart-shaped Ty swing tags, some housed in clear plastic protectors. One such tag is printed with a white ty logo and a yellow star featuring the words BEANIE ORIGINAL BUDDY in black characters. White fabric tush tags with red ty logos are present, including one marked Ty Inc. © 2000. Some items bear white adhesive inventory stickers reading C1166 c. The lot includes a copy of Beanie World Monthly magazine, dated December 1998, which is identified as an Exclusive UK collector’s edition.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in good, clean condition consistent with items kept for display. Several plush toys retain their original swing tags, with some protected by plastic cases as seen in photo 8. The magazine shows minor shelf wear and light creasing to the edges and corners as visible in photo 9. No significant staining, losses, or structural damage are visible in the provided images.
