This lot comprises one M.Y Sea Quest 100 inflatable boat and two oars. The inflatable boat is contained within its original cardboard retail box, while the oars are presented separately. The oars are constructed with natural wood shafts and black plastic blades. According to the illustration on the box, the boat is designed for single-person use and features an orange hull with black and grey decorative graphics.
The box features a red square logo containing the white characters M Y in the upper left corner. The top centre is printed with S E A Q U E S T in large white sans-serif characters above a black band reading I N F L A T A B L E B O A T. A blue horizontal band contains the text I N F L A T E D S I Z E : 1 5 7 c m X 9 9 c m. The number 100 is printed in large white digits on the right side. Several adhesive labels are present, including a white rectangular sticker with the handwritten characters R S 2 7 0 and an auction sticker reading Shobrook & Co 222 Plymouth.
Condition report:
The original retail box shows visible shelf wear, including creasing and edge rubbing (photo 1). Multiple adhesive labels and remnants are present on the exterior (photo 1). The oars exhibit white scuffing and surface marks on the black plastic sockets where the blades meet the wooden shafts (photo 2). The boat remains inside the box and has not been removed for inspection; internal contents have not been tested for completeness, functional integrity, or air retention.
